Theft of a sheep belonging to the prosecutor. Examination indicates that the prisoner had been authorised by Robert Evans to take one of his wethers. However, the prisoner mistakenly took an ewe belonging to the prosecutor. The ewe was slaughtered before the mistake was discovered.
