Theft from the dwelling house of Robert Lloyd of money belonging to the prosecutor. Prisoner and prosecutor fellow lodgers. Prisoner had been saving the money until Wrexham fair. Indictment for the theft from the dwelling house even though the statute which made the offence a capital one laid down that the value of goods stolen had to be over 40/- mwy
