Prosecutor had been recognized as 'a Glynne' and assaulted, together with John Bill, Mold, glazier by a group of men whilst on their way home from Flint. Thomas Bryan, Mold, constable, was issued with a warrant to arrest the prisoner, who was taking part in an interlude or anterliwt. The prisoner 'jumped off the stage and drew his sword', and urged by others present to run away. The constable was threatened with a stoning if he followed him. Roger Lewis, Northop, gent, implicated but not indicted. See also Peter D. G.
